Fred has worn many hats throughout his career in scaling early-stage ventures. He was instrumental in the growth of Buff City Soap as VP of Development and went on to work with Floyd Mayweather's franchise team. Fred has experience leading teams in DTC, B2B Saas, multi-unit retail, and franchising.
